Players

All Elkhorn Youth Football participants will register through RecDesk, the EASD Community Engagement registration portal. Follow the instructions below for creating your RecDesk account and then registering a player or coach for the upcoming season.

STEP ONE:
Visit easdcommunity.recdesk.com to start the registration process. 

STEP TWO:
Click on Log In and either Create New Account or log in to your existing EASD RecDesk account. ​

Please note: Families who have created RecDesk accounts through Elkhorn Parks and Rec will need to create a new EASD account.

STEP THREE: 
​After you've created your account, be sure to add your football player to your household. Open your Profile and click "Add Household Member" and fill out all required fields.

STEP FOUR:
Click on Programs and then Youth Programs. 

STEP FIVE:
Select the appropriate grade level and click Register Now.

STEP SIX: 
Choose the appropriate family member and fee type and then click Save. Follow any remaining steps and complete any and all additional forms.

Coaches

Fill out a Volunteer Information form and contact Katie Hoffman at [email protected] for your RecDesk login credentials.

All coaches are subject to a background check. Disqualifying criminal offenses. An individual has a disqualifying criminal offense if the individual has been convicted, or found not guilty of by reason of insanity, of any felony in any jurisdiction during the 10 years before the date of the individual's application to volunteer for SEYFA, or while the individual is a volunteer for SEYFA. Conviction of a felony beyond 10 years will be reviewed by the SEYFA board and at their discretion for approval. Communities bringing forward individuals for consideration will not be allowed to vote on the decision. Additionally, the following offenses may affect eligibility and are subject to SEYFA approval:

• Drug possession*
• Theft*
• DWI/DUI* (2nd offense)

*Eligibility depends on the offense within the last five years; SEYFA board decision.
